Pool and other facilities

Pool is indoor and heated, for those interested the artwork on display is by Australian artist Emma Blyth (https://emmablyth.com.au)

Patio and seating areas - two of those areas are covererd the rest are uncovered.

Garden is extensive and leads down to a pedestrianised lane to Petit Bot Bay which is about 15-20 minutes away.

Separate laundry facilities for guests situated next to L'Etable Cottage with separate access.

Overview

Les Nicolles Farm is surrounded by extensive mature gardens and fields, we are more than happy for you to explore them but we ask on the farmer's behalf that you do not disturb the cows when they are grazing here. Please note the walk to Petit Bot Bay down the green lane can be accessed from the bottom of our garden.

With regard to recycling we can show you were to dispose of plastic bottles, paper and glass items upon arrival.

Facilities

POOL

  • The pool is salt water, not chlorinated.
  • Pool dimensions are 9m x 4m (29.5ft x 13.1ft), maximum depth is 4ft 7in (1m 43cm).
  • The pool is open between 9 am until 6 pm every day.
  • The pool is monitored by a professional maintenance man who inspects for water quality and cleans the pool on a regular basis, please note that the pool will be closed if unsafe readings have been taken.


LAUNDRY ROOM

  • Separate guest laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink fitted into base units, also soap provided.
  • Ironing board and a selection of brooms and brushes.
  • Hot water and electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.
  • Rotary Clothes Dryer in garden for all our guests to use along with pegs in each apartment.


PATIOS AND OUTDOOR SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

We have a decking area plus both covered and uncovered patios available for the general use of guests and to enable them to have meals outside if they wish, these are located by the pool room.

  • 3 Piece Rattan Bistro set located directly outside L'Etable Cottage for L'Etable guests own personal use.
  • Large sofa and small coffee table located near La Cotte Studio Apartment by pool room for general use.
  • 2+1+1 Seater Outdoor Aluminium Lounge Set with coffee table on outside decking overlooking fields and garden close behind the stable and near pool room.
  • 3 Seater Rattan Dining Setting plus 2 Seater Aluminium sofa situated on the covered patio next door to the pool room for general use.
  • 3 Seater Rattan Dining Setting plus 3 Piece Rattan Bistro set on uncovered seating areas close to pool room for general use.
