Booking and other conditions
Minimum 7 night stay is our usual practice (please contact us for other options).

Saturday changeover is standard but we can be flexible in certain situations.

Check out 10am - Check in 2pm (negotiable). We ask that you leave the accommodation as you found it, please note we allocate a time to service the apartments between each guest and should be grateful if you would leave promptly at the designated time.

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a reservation with the balance due payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, remittances can be made by sterling cheque payable to Mrs Y Le Couvey or bank transfer (BACS), I can send you the account details. If you are booking within four weeks of the start of your visit then payment in full is required.

Electric is included in the tariff.

All apartments are non smoking.

In the interests of all our guests we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation for any reason after the remittance has been sent, the deposit is non refundable and the balance will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the full period of your intended stay, you are therefore strongly advised to take out suitable holiday insurance with your travel agent or insurance company as a safeguard.

Breakages
Guests are requested to notify us of any breakages, damage or malfunction to equipment or crockery etc so that replacements or repairs may be arranged in good time. Minor breakages will not be charged for but we would appreciate being told to not only help make your stay more enjoyable but also as a consideration for incoming guests.

Liability
The proprietor and any agents or employees shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
